Injection Moulding Process

1. The main function of the injection unit is to melt, mix and inject the polymer with temperatures: (PP-PE 185 ° C-215 ° C) (PVC 135 ° C-145 ° C) and (Nylon Palyamidas- 325 ° C-350 ° C)

2. This system basically contains a programmable logic controller (PLC) controllers and proportional integral derivative (PID) for the electrical resistance of the barrel and nozzle. The PLC allows you to program the sequence of the injection cycle and receives signals alarm, overpressure or limit switches to stop the cycle. PID controllers are best suited for temperature control because of its high response speed to maintain the temperature at the levels required

3. The mold is the design of the part to be produced

4. Closing unit: a hydraulic or mechanical press with a force sufficient to counteract the force exerted by the cast to be injected into the polymer mold closure
